Everything that I have listed in this Resource section are based on the things that I personally do for my own health gathered by my own years of research from books, videos and live interviews with doctors and health experts. I am not making any recommendations, only sharing what I do. My number one practice for health is a deep relationship with God and meditation upon His word. What follows are some of the outward physical tools that I utilize, which I believe I have been led to by the Holy Spirit.

A healthy body and mind begin with the food you eat. I follow Dave Asprey's Bulletproof Diet. This is NOT a 100% Keto/low-carb diet, it is more geared toward removing inflammation, healing the gut biome, correcting the body's metabolism and promoting healthy mitochondria among other things. I have links to Dave's books below and I would start out reading "Smarter Not Harder" first.
